Red Square Millicents

The main reason for coming to Moskow was to get a good deal for a trainticket to Trans-Siberian route. That I have purchased now and after 3 days only in Russian capital I will start traveling to Russian far-east. The journey to Irkutsk will take some 80 hours! And it's only about in a half way to Vladivostok. A massive country in deed, I'm really looking forward to this journey.

Moskow I didn't like. After St.Petersbourg I felt like coming to Warsaw after Krakow. Plus I got stopped by millicents at Kreml, and I experienced how corrupted at least some of the police are. They claimed that there is something wrong with my registration to Russia, but I fortunately could prove them wrong as I had all the travel documents with me. But they keeped me standing there totally maybe for an hour while stopping other tourists, trying to rob money out of them, as bribes. ***NOTE*** to fellow-travelers who are coming to Russia: hold tight on your passport, immigration card and train-tickets etc. so you can prove where you have been and when.
Besides this, I had no problems here. Walked around, got attracted with gorgeus Moscow metrostations, and visited Lenin mausoleum to see this oddly waxly figure. Lenin looks like one of Madame Tussaud's creatings instead of a real Lenin... but maybe it is real...

This is all from Moskow, not so very interesting... to me... but more interesting places to come: hear you from Siberia!
